Meeting information should be sent to meetings@lrta.org. To ensure publication in all magazines 3 but preferably 4 months notice is required. The acceptance of late entries and corrections will depend on the differing lead times of the individual magazines. While entries for this page can be accepted to within a few days of the meeting please note that we cannot guarantee inclusion of late material. Please supply the following information:

Green text = Replace as required! n.nn = entrance fee, nn = Date, nn.nn = time in 24 hour clock. Fuschia text = alternatives! Society = TLRS. TMS etc. - Not required for LRTA meetings! |
