How to Renew your Membership

Renewing via Direct Debit

If you normally renew using Direct Debit you do not need to do anything as your details have already been transferred into Membermojo. If you wish to change what you receive please contact membership@lrta.org now.

Renewing via a Local Agent

If you wish to renew via one of our Agents in your local currency, you should continue as you have in previous years.

Renewing online

Renewing your membership is made using the new membership programme Membermojo.

First go to the Membermojo log in screen click here Light Rail Transit Association at membermojo. Before you can renew, you will need to sign in. Enter the email address that was used to send this notice as this is the one you have registered with the LRTA. Use the ‘Sign in with email’ option and an email will be sent to this email address. If your email address is not recognised contact webmaster@lrta.org. If you set a password last year, use sign in with password.

This will take you to the renewals page which will show your current LRTA membership options. You can change them if you wish or leave them as they are.

The next screen is for family/linked memberships, leave blank if not required. Click ‘Next’ to continue.

The Review screen for your LRTA memberships is next. If all is correct, click ‘Checkout’ to continue

At the Checkout screen you have the option to add renewals for other Societies. This option may not be available if you renew after your membership has expired, please firstly complete your membership renewal, and then choose the ‘Visit Store’ from on the ‘Your Membership’ page and make a separate purchase of the additional items.

Click on ‘Visit Store’ in the Other Checkout Options section to make these additions. Click ‘Checkout’ to the return to the Checkout Screen where any additions will now show. Payment will be via credit/debit card using the stripe payment system. Enter your card details as requested and click ‘Pay with Card to conclude your order and pay.
