The LRTA will be holding a Members’ Day on the Tyne & Wear Metro hosted by NEXUS.
We will meet at the entrance to South Gosforth Depot at 12:45 on Wednesday 15th July 2026 where we there will be a light lunch followed a presentation about the extension to Washington and a tour of the Depot courtesy of NEXUS. Thereafter at about 14:45, Members will be given tickets to ride the Metro system at their leisure.
